Autism Pre-Screen for Adults

Dr. DeSantis & Associates specializes in the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of Autism in both adults and children. Our diagnostic testing for Autism is provided by a licensed clinical psychologist, and these tests are considered among the gold-standard within our field–meeting DSM-V clinical criteria for an official diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

For many reasons—cost, time commitment, uncertainty of symptoms—a full comprehensive evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder may not be the first step for you, or may not be an option at this time. For this reason, we have introduced an Autism Pre-Screen for Adults. This short assessment consists of twenty-one (21) multiple-choice questions about your past and current behaviors, and can determine if you exhibit many of the traits which are associated with undiagnosed ASD.

It is important to note that this assessment will not result in an official diagnosis, but is intended to help guide individuals towards the next steps in their journey, whether that be to simply fulfill their curiosity, or commit to full diagnostic testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder with Dr. DeSantis & Associates, or with another licensed mental health professional.
